Almost done...

Hi all.  I'm almost done with my FrankenBlythe.  YAY!  It's taken a while because I had to order materials from the seven corners of the earth.  Literally.  The last pieces of the puzzle were to finish her reroot and seal with MSC.  I picked up a gas mask yesterday and finished her scalp a couple days ago.  I DID NOT finish rooting her hair the way I started here.  I had no patience for that.  In fact, I unrooted a large section leaving just the top in and sewed hair tracks to the rest. This took a couple hours instead of the rest of my life.  I think I was making the plugs too big anyway.

I'm still sewing too and getting better with each piece (I hope).  I have several other projects in the air right all Blythe related.  I'd like to build a house or at the very least a diorama for my girls, customize another girl (I ordered a factory doll last week) and have plans on getting a Middie Blythe one day.  Hopefully, I'll have lots to share this summer.  Thanks for stopping by.
